On 17.9.2013 Loh wrote to Chan as follows: "My price for your CNX 230 E is RM150,000. If I do not hear from you by 30.9.2013, I will assume that the car is mine." Todate Chan has not replied Loh's letter. Is Chan bound to sell the car to Loh for RM150,000?
