On 1st March 2018 Yasmin entered the premises of DD Bhd agreed to buy 10 square meters of the last roll of a particular carpet which DD Bhd had in stock. Delivery was to be made by the end of that week. Before the carpet was delivered it was badly damaged in a fire which had broke out in DD Bhd's premises and without its fault. You are asked to advise DD Bhd as to its legal position, assuming that at the time of the fire the 10 square meters had already been cut off and had been packaged and labelled with Yasmin's name awaiting delivery
