On 1st September 2020, Mr. Chilli make an advertisement in the newspaper to sell his motorcycle with the price of RM5,000. In the advertisement stated that anyone who interested to buy the motorcycle may contact him for further negotiation and price quotation. A few hours after that, Mr. Coconut call Mr. Chilli and ask for the motorcycle's details and the lowest price Mr. Chilli able to offer him. Mr. Chili reply to Mr. Coconut's request and the motorcycle's lowest price will be RM4,500. Mr. Coconut then agree to buy the motorcycle even Mr. Chilli did not make any offer to him. On 5th September 2020, Mr. Chilli then offered to sell the motorcycle to Mr. Pineapple for RM5,000 with conditions that payment must be made by cash and at once. In accepting the offer, Mr. Pineapple suggested to pay the price in three times instalments for three months. Mr. Chilli who in the need of cash did not agree to her suggestion. On 9th September 2020, Mr. Pineapple told Mr. Chilli that he agreed to pay the price in a single payment as the original offer made by Mr. Chilli. He further said if he did not hear anything from Mr. Chilli within three days, she considered Mr. Chilli agreed to his offer. Mr. Chilli remains silent and does not respond to Mr. Pineapple's offer.
