On 25 May 2019, Afida offered to sell her diamond ring to Husna and Zaza for Rm45000. The offer was valid until 3 June 2019 and whoever accepted the offer first would get the ring. Husna sent a text message to Afida on 29 May 2019 accepting to buy the ring at the price of RM40000. Afida read the text message but did not reply. Zaza phoned Afida on 1 June 2019 and agreed to buy the ring for RM45000. Afida sold the ring to Zaza. When Husna heard about this, she threatened to sue Afida for breach of contract. Advise Afida
