On 2nd February 2020, Qlo boutique had a Big 2.2 Sale online for 24 hours. Se Ri bought 3 bottles of perfume from Qlo boutique via online transaction on 2nd February 2020. The 3 bottles of perfumes are from 3 different brands i.e.BTS, EXO, and TWICE. Qlo boutique received the order and payment, later proceed with the delivery of the product to Se Ri on 4th February 2020 by using G&T courier service.
However, due to the Big 2.2 Sale by Qlo boutique on 2nd February 2020, the courier service, G&T were flooded with parcels. Se Ri had to wait for a month before she received her parcel of perfumes. Unfortunately, when Se Ri received the parcel from G&T, the box were crumpled though there were sticker at the box to indicate the nature of the goods that are fragile and to be handle with care.
Luckily, when Se Ri unboxed the parcel, the perfumes were in good condition but there are 5 bottles of perfume of mixed descriptions. There were 2 bottles of BTS, 2 bottles of EXO and 1 bottle of TWICE.
Se Ri is not satisfied with Qlo boutique. Advise Se Ri whether she can sue Qlo boutique for breach of seller's duty for the delivery of goods?
