On 3^rd January 2021, Ahmad wrote to Bala to sell his land for RM500,000 and requested for a reply in 7 days. Subsequently on 5^th January 2021 Bala replied Ahmad's letter to accept Ahmad's offer. However, on the 6^th of January Bala Changes his mind and sent another letter to revoke his acceptance.

Due to some technical problem with postal system the letter of acceptance misdirected. Thus the letter of revocation reached Ahmad on 7^th of Jan, before the letter of acceptance which has reached Ahmad on 9^th January.

Ahmad who relied on the acceptance letter which reached on 8^th Jan is now forcing Bala to proceed with the purchase of the land. Advise Bala on whether Ahmad could force Bala with the purchase of the land and sue him breach of contract.
