On 3^rd October 2021, Oman witnessed a Tropical cyclone Shaheen which brought an extremely high winds and heavy rain. The Tropical Strom Shaheen killed dozens of people with ferocious winds and flooding rainfall and destroyed millions of properties and livelihoods. The government of Oman provided best possible supports to all people affected during the cyclone. There are many agencies, NGOs, companies and people are extending their supports financially and non-financially. They are working as volunteers to help the affected people.

As a Business Ethics Students, how could you help them in pre and post phase of Cyclone. you need to write a detail discussion on:

Pre-Cyclone Phase including the following points:

1. Generating thorough awareness among people related to Shaheen and preparing them mentally and physically to face the situation.
2. Your creative opinions/ways to tackle the situation in better way.

Post-Cyclone Phase including the following points:

1. Your contribution in fund raising for the affected people/area. Explaining minimum 2 ways to generate fund and distributing rationally to the needy people.
2. Your contribution in providing mental and emotional support to the affected people.
3. Your 2 creative opinions/methods to deal with the situation in most suitable ways.
