Petal Ltd had recorded 6 months of depreciation on the building acquired in the Rose Division. On 31 December 2020 the building has a carrying amount of $100,000. All other assets acquired in Rose Division have a carrying amount equal to the fair values recorded on 30 June 2020 Required: b) Calculate impairment loss for Rose Division and record the necessary journal entry.
