competencies and culture.

$$ Explore and review the current HR planning practices$/$techniques $($if any$)$ use by the selected

organization.

$$ Create an internal organizational audit of the selected company evaluating its strengths and

weaknesses.

$$ Discuss what basic tools and techniques are used by the selected company for human resources

forecasting $($if you don$$t find any, you can propose some with the possible reasons$)$
