On completion of Part 2, Task 1, approach your teacher/assessor, who will organise someone to play the role of your Line Manager. Consult with your Line Manager and identify the employees you recommend to be used for the Plan2go Who are we? evening.

Actively listen to your Line Manager's response to your recommendations. Ensure you conduct yourself in a respectful manner and use appropriate interpersonal skills.
