Professor Asare, being so busy forgot to sign the contract. On January 25, 2020 Professor Asare arrived promptly to class in room 215 and continued to teach the course. On February 15, 2020 Professor Asare realized that she had not received payment of the contract, she immediately contact HR, who reminded Professor Asare that she had not signed the contract. On February 16, 2020 Professor signed the contract and HR acknowledged receipt and agreed to backpack for the preceding pay period. On March 10, as was the case for all academic institutions Covid 19, a disease cause school to close for safety reasons. The world turned upside down, causing CCSU to close the campus immediately. An email was sent to all Professor to teach their course online, which Professor Asare never agreed to either in writing or verbally.Following Spring break Professor Asare started to teach the Business Law course online.
