image text in transcribed On January 1, 2022, Company ABC enters into a contract with a customer to build 100 customized cabinets for an office building for $250,000. However, if the cabinets are not done by March 31,2022, the price will be reduced. For each day after March 31, 2022, that the cabinets are not delivered, $100 will be subtracted from the total bill. Separately, upon delivery, the customer will inspect the cabinets and give Company ABC a quality rating that could earn the Company up to $25,000. The customer will rate the cabinets on a quality scale from 1-10, with 1 earning $0 and 10 earning $25,000. Company ABC prides itself on high quality work and generally receives an above-average rating for the quality of its work. Because of the high quality work they do, sometimes their products can take longer than others to produce, often taking up to one full day per cabinet. Questions: 1) How much of the contract constitutes a variable consideration? 2) What is the transaction price of the contract? 3) How would your answer change if the quality of Company ABC's work was rated on a pass/fail determination instead of a scale
