On March 5, 2022, Smarty P. Ants parked his truck (a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 ) on a hill but failed to set his parking brakes. It was determined that the Silverado's transmission was not in good repair so when the parking gear failed, the truck rolled down the hill and hit a 1978 Ford F250 Pickup Truck. Because of the force of the Silverado hitting the F250 Pickup, the truck broke lose and rolled the rest of the way down the hill hitting several more parked vehicles. The F250 then rolled into Mr. Smith's home causing a fire that eventually destroyed the homes of Mr. Smith and two of his neighbors (Mrs. Longby and Ms. Chen)
