On Monday, Benjamin is in Staples to buy a Printer for his small business. The printer is on sale for $200 and Benjamin tells the Customer service representative that the printer is old and so he wants to buy it for $150. The Rep thinks that is too low and tells Benjamin he can only sell it for $180. Benjamin agrees and pays $180 with his credit card. Ben then walked over to pick up the printer. There was a sign by some spilled water on the floor which read "Do NOT enter due to slippery floor" but Benjamin ignored it. Benjamin walked on the water and as soon as he was about to pick up the printer he slipped and fell on the slippery floor, hit his head and was rushed to the hospital for stitches to his head. Benjamin came home to realize that Staples had cancelled his purchase because the Manager said the printer was $200 and not $180. Benjamin wants to take Staples to court for all his misery. As a Business Lawyer, advise Benjamin on whether he will be successful in court. Paragraph B I I U
