On November 1, 2015, Ralph was driving his automobile eastbound on Congress Parkway in Chicago when he became distracted by two people arguing on the sidewalk. This distraction resulted in Ralph running a stop light and striking a large tanker truck in the intersection causing a large explosion. The explosion killed Jim, the truck driver, Jose and Lou, the two people arguing on the sidewalk and caused John, a window washer, to fall to his death from his scaffold 6 blocks away.
