After speaking with Cecilia, a landlady, on July 5, 2020, Mike entered into a oral agreement to rent Apt. 6F at 56 Lexington Avenue, in New York City, for ten months beginning n August 1, 2021.
Mike also sought to arrange work for his first year in college. On July 6, 2020, he spoke to his friend Lanny, who who was also scheduled to begin studying at Baruch in August 2021. Lenny was planning to study Spanish at baruch and wanted to make sure that he had tutor available when Lenny started classes.
