On November 15, 2022, Tiger Industries filed suit against a consulting firm whose negligence led to the payment of $2,800,000 after a jury awarded damages to a plaintiff on October 28th , 2022. Tiger Industries claimed damages of $3,200,000 (jury verdict plus legal fees paid) in its lawsuit against the consulting firm. On February 10, 2023 the consulting firm agreed to settle the suit for $2,500,000.
