On November 29, 2023: AB & B Co. Inc. Toronto reached out to Seneca business students for assistance in completing the CUSMA certificate of origin. AB & B will export multiple shipments for the items listed below to the same importer in the US commencing Jan. 1st. 2024 to Dec. 31st. 2024 The exporter has full confidence that our students will complete the certificate of origin based on the information provided in accordance with the CUSMA agreement, Article 5 & Annex 5a.
