On October 28, 1980, a radio station conducted an interview which the defendants' (The Good Rats) group of singers alleged to defame the plaintiff and his wife in the interview. Plaintiffs' contended that defendants' used the words "we used to fool around with his wife" and few other statements which was claimed to be defamatory.
