On of the principles often applied to the expectation of privacy in the US is the Plain View Test. Explain why we might have no expectation of privacy for items and activities conducted in plain view (i.e. an argument for the Plain View Test). More importantly, provide an argument against the use of the Plain View Test in deciding that an expectation of privacy does not exist. More specifically, what has changed that makes the nature of data that is in plain view more intrusive today.
