Based on his current condition and transferable skills, I believe a better suited job for the client would be for them to either return to their previous reading specialist job, or have an administrative role within the company that he is working in at the moment. There is always that continued risk of progressive hearing loss that he most likely will continue to experience with continued exposure to the loud machinery.
