On the excel file are the results of a 60 minute bike ride i completed two weeks ago. Included is the distance rode, the time it took for each 500m distance, my heart rates at each 500m, and lactate levels at each 3000m.At minute 25,1 turned on my power meter for one minute. For that minute by I completed 83 revolutions. The distance traveled for each revolution was 6m and the resistance of the bike was set at 6N.
