On the night of June 3, 2004, Officer Walker was patrolling the streets of a high-crime neighborhood.Kane slowly approached Walker and informed him of a narcotics dealer named Peddler about a block down the street.Kane informed him that Peddler had drugs and weapons on his person as well as throughout the car.Walker was familiar with Kane and had received reliable information from him on many occasions in the past.Walker approached Peddler and asked him to step out of the car.
