In the case study, what was the organizational capacity for change originally like in the organization and what specific things did the owner do to try and make the company more change-capable? 3. Describe the relationship between readiness for change and organizational capacity for change. In your explanation, be sur to reference how they may be similar, different, and/or complementary to one another. In the case study how did these constructs contribute to the success or failure of the four-day workweek initiative? In your explanation, be sure to reference the challenges during the implementation, from the perspective of both the owner and employees of the organization.
