One control system used in my current employer is Preliminary Control System. My employer offer classes or trainings for each department to prevent issues or problems. These classes or training prevents things such as patient neglect or abuse, violations of rights or privacy. These classes or trainings educate all of us on proper evacuations for fires or active shootings and proper usage or storage of equipment. This type of control system anticipates problems and tries to prevent any issues. Even though these trainings are to prevent any issues or problems it can also be defined as a concurrent control. Some of these classes and trainings are because of issues that may have happened in another company or at my employer and they are trying to fix the problem before it gets worse or goes any further. It doesn't take long for a bad experience to get around and I feel using both of this control system is needed. It can be more cost effective to prevent a problem then trying to solve or rectify one. Preliminary control system is very important in our Maintenace department because with the routine checks on equipment used by every department ensures our success as
