One day at the local supermarket, Wilson sees a Football Club stand offering a football jersey signed by his favourite player. He enters the competition to win this jersey by guessing the correct weight of a nominated player. He fills in a coupon with his contact details, guessing a weight of 115.5 kg. The next week Wilson sees that the competition has been won with a correct guess of 115.5 kg. Since this was his guess, he queries why he did not win the prize. The Football Club denies that Wilson submitted a coupon, and points to a clause on the coupons which states that "any agreement entered into was binding in honour only". Can Wilson sue the Football Club for breach of contract since his guess was correct? Why/Why not
