One important idea in psychology that I learned while watching the talk is about the power of teamwork. Why do I believe idea is important is because individually you really can't do much yourself, but with people around you, you can. How does the content of the talk relate to ideas discussed in my textbook is by organizational psychology. Since organizational psychology is relationship between employees through discipline interests, employees will have to work as a team in order to have better performance of a business. An example of a technology or team and technology interaction that I have had in the context of school or work that could have benefited from better design would be the building of a mini solar toy car. The effect of the poor design were that the mini solar toy car wouldn't proceed. One suggestion for its improvement would be that the wheels needed adjustments and the little solar panel needed a better angle for the sun to shine on it directly
