One major area that needs reforming today is women's rights, particularly in terms of abortion laws. All across the United States, certain states have banned abortion and reproduction rights. This has caused women to foreseeably have a child, no matter the circumstances. Some have even had to travel several hours to a state where it is legal and allowed. These restrictive abortion laws not only violate women's reproductive rights but also disproportionately affect marginalized communities. To reform this, I believe it starts with the government and funding. The government needs to invest in more funding to be given to clinics and organizations that provide reproductive healthcare services, including abortion. Next, I believe there need to be policy changes. There should be policies implemented to ensure all women have equal access and the opportunity to receive adequate funding and support for their services. With policy changes and funding from the government, women would be able to have equal access and the choice to do whatever they feel is best for themselves
