One of the capabilities of Social Media communication (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc.), is the ability of people to appear essentially anonymous by using made-up usernames! Going forward, do you think that the government should formulate an "Internet Use Policy" and force every social media user to use their real names (as usernames, e.g., Justice.Akpan or JusticeAkpan, or your names) that can easily be identified? Why or Why not? Explain at least any two reasons.
