		In most wrongful discharge cases, it just does not make any sense.
		Often people are only cut out for one job and if they are fired from that job, there really are no other jobs available for them.
		In cases where an employee is the only person in the area with that job, there are no other jobs in the geographical area that are logical substitutes for that person to use to mitigate his/her damages.
		There are statutory laws that preclude the use of mitigation of damages in wrongful discharge cases
