One of the ethic programs I have witness within my current organization and many other state agency's that I have worked for in the past, is Ethics and Compliance trainings and workshops. The organization that I currently work for has ethic trainings throughout the year to remind us of the things we should and should not be doing while employed with the organization. I think the ongoing trainings are a great tool because employers have no room to say they "didn't know". The only suggestion I have is to have an in person training session instead of online.
