One of the ethical issues in my interview was minorities are treated less than average within the workplace. This is an issue that I have experienced firsthand, so I know it to be true within some work environments. It is legitimate, because when some people or employees feel that they are less valued than others it causes a hostile work environment. Another ethical issue is leaders who only want to take the good and always blame the bad on the employees. This is an issue because most leaders know that they can be demoted or fired, whereas an employee will usually be reprimanded. To avoid both issues everyone should have a monthly meeting on integrity and ethics within the workplace. Team building activities are always a plus
