One of the most interesting structures I worked in was a horizontal or flat structure.I was part of a small consulting firm and there was no one between me and the founding partners in the company.I had direct access to them and my temporary office was right next to theirs.I even took walks with one of the partner during our lunch break.This was good and bad.One bad thing was I was on my own for many things.I had technology fixes and updates.I had to be a jack of all trades because so much fell on my shoulders not just my day job.Are there any structures, you have worked in that you really liked or didn't like at all?
