After reviewing the resources for this week and other research that you are able to gather, determine what alternative goals for shareholder wealth maximization exist.

Identify an organization, and after examining its corporate structure, determine whether it suffered from having a weak corporate governance structure, assessing the impact it had on the organization and its shareholders. Specify both short$-$term and long$-$term negative ramifications resulting from the weak structure and provide a plan of action that the corporation could take to counteract the negative ramifications.

In your response, be sure to compare and contrast the difference between stakeholder focus goals versus shareholder focus goals. What are potential problems with both?
