Whether written or spoken, your communication skills are often the first skill presented to a future employer, customer, client, or the general public. You will want to be the best communicator possible to gain a good reputation that will avail you of future opportunities in the industry.

After completion of that inventory, address the following in your initial discussion post:

1. Share your V, A, and K factor scores with your classmates. Are they fairly equal? Or do you have a definite inclination towards one or two of the factor scores?
3. What is your preferred mode of communication?
5. How, if at all, would you adjust your communication style when communicating with someone who has the same communication factors as you? How about if the person you are communicating with has different communication factors as you? What if you're addressing a group with a variety of communication factors, preferences, and skills?
