One of the topics that challenged me so far is the analysis of projects and when to accept one or reject one. The concepts of NPV and IRR were talked about a lot last week and focused on how to find each and what circumstances warrant using one valuation compared to another. I think the variables involved, how to make the calculations, and how to apply the values are what really stumped me
