One of the ways you can work more efficiently when using a computer is through the use of shortcut keys. For this discussion, please consider keys that apply to Windows, Microsoft Office, and/or Microsoft Word.

1. Choose one shortcut key that you use regularly, and explain its use to your classmates. Note: You only get credit for this question if you choose a shortcut that hasn't already been posted by your classmates. (That means you'll have to read their posts.)
2. Find one shortcut key that you didn't know about, and describe how it works and/or how you might use it. You can find a new key either by doing a search, or by seeing what your classmates have posted.
