One point I found interesting was the use of the word hostility in any sense in this discussion. I found it interesting because I believe the premise of their being hostility caused by diversity is a matter of personal characteristics and good hiring practices. I believe this because I don't think the average person feels hostility when faced with diversity. Particularly if this diverseness enables them to be among the best at whatever it is their corporation does. I have never looked into this at all, so this is just a general feeling, and only based on personal characteristics of myself, and others around me, and perhaps based on a hope for better humanity practices in general. And hostility, I feel rarely has a place in the business world as a rule. Do you agree?
