One problem relating to Organizational Behavior (OB) is: Underpaying some experienced staff for doing the same job which new staff are engaged with. So, more unfairly treating some of their staff as a result employees' perception of fairness in the treatment to work in such organizations demotivates these employees from working, therefore, to be fair these employees try to reduce the workload according to the input they receive as wages to be fair. So, Adams' Equity Theory is very much a like the scenario which the problem encounters in this situation. To further support the problem as outline it is a major problem which is being carried forward even from the year 2019. According to Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) investigated the underpayments of the managers and assessed the records of a sample of 70 in store salaried managers for their work between March 2018 and March 2019 claiming that Woolworth underpaid those employees with a total of $1,172,282. Despite court ordered to pay these employees pending underpaid salaries payment which was done but still owes around $700,000 yet to clear their employees who were underpaid but until now it seems the company never paid or paid no evidence at all
