One skill I can improve on is my time management. I love to procrastinate and wait until the last minute. Something that may lead me to a less successful pathway is that my husband is in the military, with that being said I move every 2-3 years. It is hard to become successful at one company when you are moving so frequently. I am confident in my education and training skills. I am a very realistic person and I understand what it takes to be successful. Once I complete my master's degree I will several options of working virtually. This will allow me to stay at one company for a much longer period. My personality is very easy going so I can adapt to almost any situation
