One thing I do not believe in is sugercoating anything with no one. I have worked with a principal in avoiding the issue by sugarcoating the feedback towards the employees instead of being honest in what needs to be really said because she didn't want to hurt any individual's feelings and develop enemies in the workplace. The twisted part is that the longer you protect your image by avoiding the conversation, the more your irritation builds (London, 2013). In this situation with this principal of feedback, what can be some recommendations to set more healthier intentions in giving feedback to her staff
