One thing that any business must be aware of is its possible liability exposure to potential lawsuits. These suits can arise from individuals invited upon the premises, customers using the products, employees, and from violation of governmental regulations. Under normal circumstances businesses must be vigilant in ensuring protocols are in place to minimize these risks. Unfortunately 2020, 2021 and now 2022 have proven to be anything but normal.
