One time I've used the strategies to understand and communicate a new perspective was with an issue at my job that I was in charge of resolving. To solve the issue I first had to anyaliize the problem. I looked at the situation and determined why things were not being done as efficiently by analyzing the individual pieces of the puzzle. This included attendance, work productivity and rules that weren't being followed. I then synthesized my observations and analysis of the current situation by by observing what other successful leaders I then company were doing in comparison to myself as well as what other employees were doing to maintain the standard for productivity. I had to emphasize the pieces that were working correctly and correct the ones that weren't working well. When I began implementing change i had to evaluate thw changes i wanted to make to determine their potential success for my team. uktinately this process of thinking allowed me to commjnicate the problems and solutions with my team effectively as i pinpointed the streangths and weaknesses of my team
