  • Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
  • Drive website traffic and acquire leads.
  • Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimise marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.

This part of the activity requires you to prepare a plan for your own personal and professional development.

To prepare the personal and professional development plan, you are required to document the following in the personal and performance management plan template provided:

  • Section 1:
    • Responsibilities relevant to your role
    • Work goals
    • Competency standards to be achieved
    • Current rating
  • Section 2:
    • Short-term development needs
    • Priorities
    • Action plan/Personal and professional development activities
    • Target date

When preparing the personal and professional development plan, you must follow the following steps:

Step 1: Determine your current state

  • What are my strengths?
  • What are my weaknesses?
  • What are the common feedbacks that I receive from others?
  • What other performance indicators can I notice?

Step 2: Determine your desired state

  • What is the desired proficiency level or capability for the selected focus areas?
  • Why do I want to achieve that?
  • What are my priorities?
  • What are the organisational demands for personal and professional development?

Step 3: Determine the actions to be implemented to reach the desired state

  • What must I improve/ learn/ experience to achieve the desired state?

Part B of this activity requires you to conduct an online research and identify any two (2) techniques that you would implement to manage health and wellbeing of self in the workplace.

To complete this activity, you are required to:

  • Identify any two (2) techniques that you would implement in the workplace to manage health and wellbeing of self in the workplace
  • Explain what improvements the implementation of these techniques will make in your personal health and wellbeing.
  • Discuss its benefits to the organisation.

You must complete the template provided below to document your response. Your answers must be within the defined word-limits.
