The assessment task requires you to communicate with a number of organisational stakeholders. The main roles applicable to the assessment task includes:
Role number 1: Operations manager:The Operations manager is the individual who supervises or is in charge of the organisation. They belong of higher rank or status. Their job role and responsibilities are:
- Assign a team to you to complete the project
- Assist you in understanding the task requirements
- Provide you information about job roles and responsibilities
- Supervise you completing the assessment task and requirements
Role number 2: Team members: The team members are student's co-worker or workfellow. They are associates that the candidate works with. Their job role and responsibilities are:
- Assist you in completing the project on time
- Help you to research and identifying relevant information
- Communicate and collaborate with you for each assessment activity

Note: The trainer/assessor will assign two (2) team members to each student. The team members will be assigned based on the roles and responsibilities given in the case study.

This activity requires you to prepare a plan for your own personal and professional development and implement techniques to manage health and wellbeing of self in the workplace.
To do so, you need to complete the following two parts:
- Part A: Develop personal and professional development plans for the team members
- Part B: Research and implement techniques to manage health and wellbeing of self in the workplace
Part A: Develop personal and professional development plans for the team members
This part of the activity requires you to prepare a plan for your own personal and professional development.
To prepare the personal and professional development plan, you are required to document the following in the personal and performance management plan template provided:
- Section 1:
- Responsibilities relevant to your role
- Work goals
- Competency standards to be achieved
- Current rating
- Section 2:
- Short-term development needs
- Priorities
- Action plan/Personal and professional development activities
- Target date
When preparing the personal and professional development plan, you must follow the following steps:
Step 1: Determine your current state
- What are my strengths?
- What are my weaknesses?
- What are the common feedbacks that I receive from others?
- What other performance indicators can I notice?
Step 2: Determine your desired state
- What is the desired proficiency level or capability for the selected focus areas?
- Why do I want to achieve that?
- What are my priorities?
- What are the organisational demands for personal and professional development?
Step 3: Determine the actions to be implemented to reach the desired state
- What must I improve/ learn/ experience to achieve the desired state?
- What are the possible resources to learn/ experience/ improve?
Step 4: Prioritise organisational demands
- Set a timeline for meeting your short-term development needs. Use Google calendar to organise and prioritise tasks and commitments for one (1) month.
- Schedule your time in weeks
- Set milestone in between short-term development needs

Part B of this activity requires you to conduct an online research and identify any two (2) techniques that you would implement to manage health and wellbeing of self in the workplace.
To complete this activity, you are required to:
- Identify any two (2) techniques that you would implement in the workplace to manage health and wellbeing of self in the workplace
- Explain what improvements the implementation of these techniques will make in your personal health and wellbeing.
- Discuss its benefits to the organisation.
