Where, pBD and pB are partial essures of butadiene and butane respectively. And, k,KBD,KB are rate of constant for the surface action, adsorption equilibrium constant of butadiene and adsorption equilibrium constant of itane. It is understood that, the surface reaction is rate-limiting for the dehydrogenation of butylene.
