Civil Law covers a lot of areas of Law. For this please highlight 4 separate areas of Civil Law for ONTARIO Canada.(Tort Law, Family Law, Employment Law and Contract Law.) Please answer the following questions about the 4 law areas. Tort Law

Find an example case to talk about in ONTARIO Canada. Give an overview of the case and answer the following questions:

1. What was the outcome of the case (What happened)? Was it an intentional or Unintentional Tort?
2. Who was the Plaintiff and who was the defendant?
3. What type of remedy was offered?
4. Does the remedy seem appropriate?

Family Law

1. Find an example of how family law has changed over time and explain the significance in ONTARIO Canada.
2. What court would a case involving those laws take place in?
3. How has this law helped everyday canadians?

Employment Law

1. Find several examples of employment law that would be relevant to a teenagers life, use critical thinking to explain why you think this law developed and if it is necessary or not.

Contract Law

1. Look through the "fine print" of a Terms of Service Agreement (games, social media, website, etc.), a cell phone or internet service contract, or any other contract that you, your family, friends, etc. have signed or contemplated signing and provide three instances of information that you didn't know that you think is important that people know!
2. Why does "fine print" exist? Did it always exist? Why is it important to read the fine print?
