Open market operation is one of fiscal policy tools that the government uses, to control money supply.I need to find a way, to reduce economic problems,when the U.S.is undergoing inflation.In other words,should I recommend the federal reserve/central bank to buy or sell bonds/securities and why.I am only allowed to discuss open market operations policy. I can not allowed to discuss about the discount rate or the reserve ratio policies could potentially also help.
