opinion about this In this post, I choose to write about the first school where I served as a teacher. It had a climate that can be described as a supportive and dynamic environment which engendered growth, collaboration, and innovation among faculty. This school prioritized positive work relationships through social gatherings, effective leadership through a tight-looped observation-feedback model, continuous professional development which was nurtured by a professional learning community model using master schedule made collaboration easy and accessible.
