Option 1 - Leadership/Power For this option, students will need to identify at least one man and one woman who are in positions of authority within their respective organizations to interview and/or respond to question about their leadership style, how they achieved the position, what challenges they faced, what influence approaches they favor, how subordinates (men or women) respond to their influence attempts, and what differences they see between the styles used by others within or outside the organization.
