Option #2: The ho's This option is an analysis of 5 legal scenarios you observed at your current related hospitality workplace or any other hospitality work which you have or are involved in. The material in this assignment is based on your experience and knowledge gained from this course, on how a hospitality establishment can minimize it s risk of liability. Use the knowledge gained from this course to provide a description of 5 such related events, occurrences etc. and then describe how the organization did or should address this potential liability in an effort to minimize their risk of loss. The paper is to be double spaced, size 12 font, and clearly describe the following: 1. The name, location, and nature of the business (es) you worked at 2. The nature of your job(s) 3. 5 scenarios where there was or could be a legal issue and which were aware of or observed in the workplace (s). (This section must identify the legal issue, the laws which is relevant, and details of the situation) (Number each scenario) 4. What you liked and/or disliked about your job or place of work in the legal context. (a description of 4 items minimum with explanation) NOTE: Grading is based on fulfillment of the above four parameters, clarity of answers, grammatical correctness, details, and correctness of the legal issues and relevant material/laws.
